Streamline Your Check-in Process
Buckhead Clinic New Patients
In order to streamline your appointment and check-in process, you will need to bring a valid government-issued ID and your medical health insurance card on the day of your visit. Please note that you do not need to have an insurance plan in order to visit the Buckhead Primary Care Clinic. We have reasonable fees for patients without insurance, and we encourage you to contact us for a cost estimate.
New patients will need to fill out a New Patient Form on the day of their appointment. We encourage you to fill out these forms in advance, as this will decrease your wait time on the day of your visit.
We see our last new patient at 4 pm.
